Can I just say (of course I can, it's my blog. I can say anything I want. I'm being rhetorical) that carrots from the farmer's market taste approximately 1 bazillion times better than the lathe-formed bullet-shaped carrotettes that most people prefer these days?
2 more weeks of Farmer's Markets. I will be sad when it ends for the year.

Where do the 5 pound behemoths rank in that scale? Does the size increase the flavor or is it spread over too much mass?
